If you or someone you know needs help, PWC provides confidential crisis/options counseling as well as referrals related to a wide range of issues including (but not limited to):

Penn Violence Prevention
We collaborate with Penn Violence Prevention to help educate the campus community about dating violence, stalking and sexual assault.

Student Counseling
Students can drop-in to Student Counseling and meet with a clinician during regular business hours. To schedule an appointment, call 215-898-7021 and press 2. Additionally, you can press 1 to speak to a counseling provider at any time of the day or night, 24/7.
Counseling’s Let’s Talk program provides access to free and confidential drop-in conversations with a trained professional at various locations across campus. Students can talk about any stress and anxiety they are feeling, bounce around ideas, and work through their emotions. Click here for hours and locations.
Special Services
The Special Services team provides 24/7 support services to members of the Penn community who have experienced any type of crime. Highly trained personnel are available to offer immediate assistance, including crisis intervention, accompaniment to legal and medical proceedings, options counseling and advocacy, and linkages to other University and community resources, as well as city, state, and federal resources.
